Tour Description

Welcome to our Argolis full day private tour. We start our trip from Athens and we continue west, along the coast line all the way to the Corinth canal where we will make a short break to enjoy its magnificent view.
We will continue until we reach our next destination, Mycenae, the place where Agamemnon’s kingdom flourished during the bronze age in Greece and the birthplace of Greece’s most important ancient civilizations, the Mycenaean civilization. Visit the archaelogical site and the museum, after that we will have a lunch break (optional).
We will continue our Argolis full day private tour to our next destination and we drive to reach Nafplion, Greece’s first capital in 1821, after the Independence war against the Ottoman empire. We have a short stop there for photoes, and then we continue for Epidaurus. We will visit the archaeological site and the ancient theatre of Epidaurus which is very well preserved and it’s famous for its excellent acoustics. You can hear the actors from the centre of the scene to anywhere that you may be seated, without the assistance of electronic instruments. It’s still used even today and many famous Greek and international actors come to give their performance in a variety of plays.
Argolis full day private tour comes to the end and we return back to Athens.
