The use of MBS Athens Transfers website, reservations and purchase of the offered by MBS Athens Transfers is subject to the conditions listed below. The use of this page and any reservations or purchases services from MBS Athens Transfers implies the knowledge and unconditional acceptance of the following General Terms of Use. The MBS Athens Transfers as company and administrator of MBS Athens Transfers, acting as an agent of services of other providers. As a result you are highly recommended to read the General Conditions of Use of the respective provider.

On line booking information

After selecting your destination or your excursion and completing the form with your elements, you will receive an e mail with all the details of your reservation, and an order ID. Please use the order ID with any method of payment you have selected.

Booking confirmation

Upon the completion of your reservation, and your payment you will receive two emails, a confirmation e mail and a receipt of your payment. You should check that the elements of the reservation is correct and inform MBS Athens Transfers in case there is any mistake on the reservation that you have made. The check and the confirmation of the elements should be done as soon as possible within the same calendar day emergency phone +30 6944 627161 (Nick).

Cancellations – Charges

MBS Athens Transfers as travel agency assumes no responsibility for the capability of changes or cancellations on the services and products provided by suppliers. The rules are set by the perspective supplier. Before the making of any reservations you are highly recommended to read and accept those rules and restrictions. MBS Athens Transfers provides you all this information during the procedure of the reservation and on the e mail of confirmation too.

The cost that will be occurred in case of changes or cancellation of purchased services rest exclusively on the client,. In case of change or cancellation you should inform MBS Athens Transfers in writing in order the latter to take all the necessary actions.

Deposits are refunded as following:

• 100% of total price for cancellations up to 60 days prior to jurney’s departure 
• 75% of total price for cancellations up to 59-40 days prior to jurney’s departure
• 50% of total price for cancellations up to 39-21 days prior to jurney’s departure 
• 25% of total price for cancellasions up to 20- 11 days prior to jurney’s departure 
• NO REFUND of total price for cancellations up to 10-00 days & Non Show
  

Exception: Airlines, Ships and Cruise Companies apply a different cancellation policy. If your itinerary includes such services, MBS Athens Transfers accepts no responsibility for the portion of the refund related to those services.
